Very Good
Great location, clean rooms and common areas; very kind English-speaking staff, Wow pass machine on site accepting multiple currencies
At times there was a bit of an "old plumbing" smell in the bathroom (which otherwise was perfectly clean); no BBC, CNN or any other European or North American news chamnels (very limited English language channels).

Would recommend to stay again!
They let us check in early as the room was ready in the morning as we advised them beforehand when we would arrive. The room was really clean and the staff were great. They catered to all our needs and kept our bags when we had an overnight trip to Busan. They have laundry facilities in the basement floors, there is a convenience store next to the lobby and great local, cheap restaurants next to the hotel. Would recommend to stay again!
Not necessarily a bad thing, however, it is about a 10 minute walk to Myeongdong station and the main street and it is a bit up and down as well. This is all of Korea but no amenities were provided other than slippers, this is due to government regulation, but they do have a 24/7 convenience store next to the lobby.
